SHIPPING CHARGES

  • As on 1st January 2022, Modern Myth is not charging any Shipping and handling fee. 

ORDER TRACKING

  • Customers shall receive a tracking link on provided email id / phone number once the order is processed. Incase of COD orders, tracking link will only be shared once the customer confirms the order on call with our executive. Failure to confirm COD order in 3 telephonic attempts, will result in auto-cancellation of your order.

  • For Domestic orders: delivery timeline is usually 3-8 business days. 
  • Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

COURIER PARTNERS

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India - egs. Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Fedex, Shadowfax etc.

 

SAME DAY DELIVERY

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in New Delhi. Incase you order based in Delhi/NCR, same day delivery is possible depending on availability of item requested. Kindly get in touch with us on +91 8882357694 for further information. 

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. No COD order shall be dispatched without telephonic verification with the customer. 

We request customers to respect the time, effort & money involved from our end, & accept orders at the time of delivery - especially incase of COD orders after confirmation. 

COD Orders placed by customers with return history / payment defaulters / incomplete addresses shall be cancelled.

MODES OF PAYMENT 

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit, credit cards, Wallets & Net Banking options across major banks via InstaMojo gateway.
